Fast & friendly service. Car looks great. Thanks for detailing car after repair. Arranging for rental car for me was nice. I didn't have to do that. Rental car return at Schaefer a plus.

The team at your ofallon Illinois location took spectacular care of my vehicle. I received several updates via text messages and phone calls about the status of its repairs. There were a few delays in the repair, BUT it was well worth the wait, and in the grand scheme of things was not even a minor inconvenience. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of work and customer service I received and will definitely be recommending your locations to anyone I know who is in need of body work on their vehicle. They found a ding on my passenger door i had no idea it was there uf tgey would have said it was that. Big i would have had it fixed and through other experiences i have dealt with other bidy shops they would have fixed it at no charge considering the bill was 5800.dont care to discuss this further i am busy and dont have the time the job turned out nice but next time if there is will go elsewhere

I heard about you on the radio station KTRS (Frank Opinion Show). The location was great, service was excellent. Even took the rental car back to Enterprise for me.
I was a bit frustrated about a question I asked regarding 'touch-up' on a pearl finish.
