An auto repair is never fun. The team made it painless. There were no surprises, the team was very accommodating, everything went as they said it would, the repairs looked great, and the whole team was very pleasant. Well done.

First off it took way to long. Was supposed to be finished in 2 days, it took 10 days.
2nd I got a terrible job, the panels stick out on my car now, the manager told me that when it warms up those panels will **** back towards the car. That's the worse excuse I've ever heard and also a flat out lie. My car is in worse shape after bringing it in there.
I don't expect anyone at Lithia to contact me regarding this, since their customer service representative didn't get back to me the other times I called and left messages.
Overall I had a horrible experience and now I have a car with sub par repairs on it. I give you guys a **** out of 10. I will also be contacting the BBB and filing a repair complaint with them as well as writing honest reviews for Angie's List, Yelp, etc...
I will never use you're services again. And will do my best to share my experiences with as many people as possible.

Communication was good when it started, but was poor and frustrating at the end, when it was most critical. Made multiple calls to service center to get updates with little follow-up (i.e., was told I would receive a call in an hour, had to call back 4 hours later when I still hadn't heard). No communication on the day we were expecting to pick up car so extremely hard to plan around.

Car repair started with body work and neglected to check any internal breakage. After completing body work, they finally reviewed the car performance and found a broken strut and other issues. Only then did the parts get ordered - about 2-3 week into the repair. As a result, further time was lost to waiting for parts. Altogether the car repair took over a month.
On top of all that, it was difficult to get hold of anyone by phone to get status updates on the car while we were waiting. No one picked up on multiple occasions. Towards the end of the repair cycle, on a Thursday I was alerted that the car should be ready by Friday. On Friday evening, they indicated the car was still being detailed and may not quite be ready on Friday. After all that, the car still wasn't ready for pickup until Tuesday.
The final hiccup happened when picking up the car. While the broken car washer fluid tank had been replaced, they hadn't thought to check it or refill it. Furthermore, the front bottom headlight wasn't working and needed to be fixed. Only upon our pointing both of these issues out to the staff did they realize that those hadn't been taken care of. It didn't give us much confidence that the car had been thoroughly checked, especially after all the previous hiccups.
So far so good now that we have received the car back again, but all in all, this could have been a much quicker and less painful experience.
