This was a great experience from start to finish. The customer service and knowledge of all employees was exceptional. The work done to my car was perfect. It's impossible to see any signs of damage. My car is clean and looks brand new and the repairs were completed on time.

The service was horrible. John Burkhart was horribly rude. The receptionist had indicated to us that our deductible would be waived due to some issues; however when we got there she informed us we would be paying it. Rather than argue we just paid. John was rude. We had to have it sent to another shop. We later found out they were driving our vehicle. We were told by John the vehicle would be towed. The vehicle was low on gas and a ton more miles on the vehicle when picked up and some God awful rap station at full blast. There were a lot of issues with the whole experience. The receptionist also indicated we could have the work finished at Poway, but instead it went back to John Burkoff. The wheel that was repaired now has tire issues. Fairly new tire and was not having issues when we dropped it off. We will be alerting our carrier as well as reviews on Social Media as to our experience. Also, when we dropped of the vehicle, the receptionist and Nadine were rude.
