I was satisfied with the work ..... but I did have to return for a second visit because they put the wrong Chevy emblem on the front of the grille that was replaced. They put the standard gold Chevy emblem on .... when it should have been the black Chevy emblem. Seeing that I had to do a return visit and drive back to Oursman from Annapolis again. A nice free oil change would make a Chevy customer of a $58K Silverado very happy. And likely to return to this dealer for many many years to come.

My experience with Ourisman Chevrolet's Collision/Body Shop Professional Mike Kakuk was awesome! On Friday, August 17, 2018 I met with Mike. When greeted by Mike I was very impressed by his professionalism. While assessing the damage to my vehicle Mike was very thorough, with taking photos of my vehicle, explaining the insurance claim and repairs process, what the steps were when renting a vehicle and the return process. Mike scheduled a drop off date of Monday, August 20, 2018 during the A.M. He also provided me with the projected completion date of Friday, August 24, 2018, but stated the repairs could possibly be completed prior to the aforementioned date. Mike stated I would be updated regularly on the status of the repairs and as stated, I received the updates and was highly impressed with the process. Mike asked if I had any questions about the process and provided prompt feedback. I'm happy to say, my repairs were completed prior to COB Wednesday, August 22, 2018. The individuals who performed the body work and paint job are awesome and should be recognized for their awesome work as well. Needless to say, Mike's professionalism, interpersonal communication and honesty is an exemplary, testament to what customer service should be.

The check out process was long. The car was not 100% repaired, there were scratches on the front bar and no front license plate holder. The deductible was covered but it never made it to the paperwork - I had to wait longer. I find it difficult to believe that the car was thoroughly inspected before I arrived.
