Everyone I interacted with, on the phone and in person, was kind and helpful! Your shop is an hour away from me, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back for future repairs. I especially appreciate the gentleman who was working on March 16th and checked my engine when I was concerned about the lights. I haven't had the chance to check out the repairs under the hood, but from the outside it looks like excellent work!

The repair wasn’t complete. There was a small rubber piece missing on the door. I had the store representative take a look at it and he asked me to come back in after the weekend to get it fixed. I told him that it was inconvenient and asked if he could send a technician to install it at my work and he said that he could not, but that he could mail it to me to install myself. I am still waiting on the part.

The scratch on the front drivers side was not touched up with paint as promised. I was told that would be performed and the car looks the same as it did when I dropped it off. Other than that, the car looks AMAZING and I am happy with the work that was performed.
