Everything looks great after I got it home an inspected the job more closely. Mary was great too. She made sure everything was good to go from start to finish. Also her input on how I may finish the car was great! Oh, I do like the updates that were sent to my phone during the process.

Body work was great. Also had oil changed while car was with you. Paper mat was not put down over beige carpeted mat. Whomever drove car at shop had grease on bottom of shoes and it got on carpeting. Also grease on beige leather driver seat. Also did not reset oil level on driver information console. Just an FYI to help with better customer satisfaction.

Y’all did not notice all the defects on the front end paint work. I know that was done by another shop, but I took it to Frank’s because y’all are our family’s trusted shop. Furthermore, after driving it for a day, I am having trouble with the seatbelt and steering wheel controls again. If the insurance is going to pay for the work to get done, why won’t you just fix it? I took a picture of the seatbelt issue, but I would have to pull over and take video footage of the controls not working.

I live in Stockdale which is 40 plus miles from Franks so it was vary important for me to get good information on when to bring my car in and then when to pick it up. The young ladies that handled that were vary professional and extremely pleasant to deal with.
