The work performed to repair the damaged area on my truck was unbelievable. Marc **** and his technician (unknown) went above and beyond to what was expected. The technician went as far to smooth out a tear on the lower part of the spoiler and paint it over, this was NOT part of the original scope of work to be performed, the these gentlemen saw the importance in customer satisfaction and successfully accomplished that with their professionalism. The truck looks BRAND NEW. Excellent job! Thank you very much.

My car was totaled out....and you sent two different emails saying my car was fixed ready to go home...and if I was satisfied with the work.....maybe you should send emails to your customers that make sense

I really appreciate the constant updates on the progress of my repairs. It means a lot to me to know what is going on, especially when the last place I went to couldn’t even answer the phone when I called. The work down on my car was amazing. Also, washing and detailing the car before pickup was an unexpected extra that really made my wife’s day. Thanks for everything. If we ever need future car repair, Frank’s will be our first choice.

Looks really good it blends in perfectly like it never was damaged thanks alot and id refer my friends and family love the life time warranty hopefully it was done so good i never have to use it but its nice knowing im covered if so thanks thanks to all the staff that helped with my claim
