Sid's was on it from start to finish. The customer service was amazing. They even called the rental car company for me and arranged to have me picked up after I dropped off my car. The work I had done on my car was excellent. I would highly recommend Sid's. Jaime was my contact there and he was exceptional! He represents Sid's very well. My car was returned to me washed and on the dash was a thank you note with mints. :) Nice touch, Sid's!

Everything was great and on time exceptional work ethics

Only one tire was replace which is now causing my car to pull to the right. This will cause additional problems with my car. The accident wasn't that sent my car to SIDs wasn't my fault. Therefore, my car should be repaired 100% back to the state it was prior to the accident. My car's alignment was perfectly good before SIDs. SIDs should replace the other tire to prevent my car from having additional problems. In addition to replacing the tire SIDS should realign the car and ensure its 100% repaired, which it is not at this moment... Furthermore, I'm not sure if SIDS used original Dodge Charger or Mopar parts for my car because I've notice there are bolts extremely close to my front tires which where never there prior to SIDS repairs. Rhodes bolts, being less than a centimeter or two above my front tires will definitely cause extreme damage to my tires and possibly to the suspension of the car. Those bolts and the platform it's coming from where not hanging that close to my front tires prior to SIDS repair. This also should be resolved as I do not want to bare the expense these "repairs" will definitely cause in the future.. Thank you for your concerns. And I hope this can be rectified.
