Tommie Vaughn Ford should cover the difference between the cost of a rental vehicle of same size and quality as the vehicle being repaired and the insurance allowance. Stewart Cadillac does.

I went by today (3/4/14) 2:30 pm to check on the status of the repair, I was informed that they had just picked up the bumper from Volkswagen and the car wouldbe ready in a couple of days because the part needed to be prepped and painted. By 4:30 pm same day, I received a telephone call saying the car was ready and that the car rental would be notified that my car was ready to be picked up. (Brenda) said she was going to notify Enterprise that my car was ready to be picked up. At 5:20 pm on 3/4/14 I picked up my car from Brenda, because the body an went to the rodeo and was not present to address the following concerns: ****: the hood is not aligned on the right side; 2. The right side quarter panel is not aligned with bumper; 3. There are paint blemishes on the bumper (R) and (L); 4. Bumper is not fitted flush with the body: 5. The alignment was Checked and passed but not done yet car drifts to the right when driven: 6. Vibrating/rattling noise (not previously noted ) 7. Right light which was replaced) now shines down and right; 8. Brenda came with replacement part and installed it under the hood prior to our leaving: 9. Brenda explained the confusion regarding the car being ready by saying there was another 2011 Jetta that was also being repaired (bumper being painted). I could not adequately check my car without driving it. I would have preferred to have spoken with the person who performed the repairs. Brenda acknowledged that the hood was misaligned and told me to bring it back at my convenience. I will bring it back in the morning after rearranging my schedule so as to see if the repair ca be completed properly. Please feel free to contact me again. This experience has been a total disappointment.
