Brenda was awesome. The repairs were done quickly. The only issue I have now is, my windshield was replaced and it requires a special window (hud). The windshields seems to not fit right, the surrounding pieces that latch on are loose, looks like there was excessive force used to take out the windshield because there is consistent damage around dashboard....and of course, the hud is distorted. I let Brenda know of this issue and she had the glass company contact me, it won't be untill Tuesday (4 days from now) that they want me to drive it down to them for an inspection.

It took several days and several unanswered voicemails before I received a call regarding the price and timeline for my repair. Also I was never contacted regarding the delay in the repair of my vehicle, until I called (several times) the day the car was suppose to be finished and was informed that it was "no where close to being done" and that it would hopefully be ready in another 3 days. The work was done to my satisfaction, but the communication of your staff was horrible. I wouldn't recommend your body shop for work in the future.

Bad customer service ,your people lie and don't call you back furthermore they don't explain to you what the repairs are until it's done not giving customers the chance to go somewhere else. I will send a complaint to the BBB, I have proof
