This was the best body shop experience I have ever had. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. I especially like the text updates, I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. You provided excellent service from start to finish. You would never know the vehicle had been damaged. And to have this completed in just seven days was greatly appreciated.
I especially appreciated the emails updating the progress on the vehicle and Jesse's call to check on the missing roof rack piece. And the availability of a rental car was a big plus.
Finally, knowing that you are a Gold Class I-Car facility brought me piece of mind.

I've had my car in different body shops before but with Classy Chasis giving me updates on the progress of my car was most exciting. But when he told me approx finish date of 8 days away he then gave me update of 3 days sooner but what got even better was 3 days sooner than that. My car was in the shop for 4 days only, fastest time ever for a repair for me.
