flaws in the repair work and when I brought this to Mia she said there’s nothing they could do about it. Found out after I left that this wasn’t acceptable work and that I indeed had a reason to complain. Called her back and she was like I thought about it after you left and we can fix the imperfections in the repair. She was very assertive that the repairs couldn’t be fixed and it was a flaw in the plastic molding and I would have to just live with imperfections. I was upset because now I have to bring the car back. The previous repair work was done the bumper sagged because the bolts broke off and it wasn’t until this recent repair that it was repaired once more. I’m just wondering because of her assertiveness how many people don’t receive satisfaction in their repair. A professional told me that I should get the imperfections repaired because it wasn’t completely corrected. I just don’t understand why she would tell me it couldn’t be repaired and now she says ok bring it back we can fix it.
