Tito was extremely helpful. He sent me daily emails to let me know what was going on with my car. He returned any missed calls promptly. He walked me through all he work that had been done, item by item on the receipt. He and tech ensure that all issues had been resolved. One issue was not to their standards, so they kept my car longer to resolve the issue. I felt very safe with my car in Tito's and will continue to use Autonation collision for further issues.
