My paint job was amazing it’s such a shame tho that ya had to break something in my car and didn’t have the courtesy of letting me know or just fixing it. When I picked up my car from the dealer ship my shift stick (the plastic with the lettering) was all popped out of place and with a hole in with the impression that someone forced to pop that open. You guys had my car for two weeks, I paid ya straight out of my pocket, you didn’t do me no favor or lend me a car so the least I expect is a good job, that is the sole reason I take my car only to you because I thought I can trust you guys not to mess my car up. I hope we can resolve this but a waste of my time that I have to go back and show you guys when it could have been handled when you guys had my car in your possession. I will continue to be a loyal customer because I love Toyota but I cannot stay quiet I love my car and the least I deserve was an explication and I didnt even get that.

i recenty took my truck to get painted and they did a poor job i had clear drips and on top of that i had to keep going up there about 3 times to let them know they messed up terrible on all ends up there

Everyday I got an update what was going on with my car I am very pleased with the work that was done And my car looks brand new again. I will definitely recommend you to anyone.

Ms. Mia was awesome at communicating updates frequently! Her attitude was polite and respectful at all times! The service team was also very proficient and did all work a timely matter! My car was ready a whole earlier then estimated and I love that! I haven’t found anything wrong with the vehicle and it run like I just it off the lot! Thank you!

Bobby was excellent to work with. The repair was done quickly and professionally.

my air filter housing has been knocked out of position causing the system not to completed seal the air flow, i was told that part didn't happen from the accident, I advised that it wasn't like that prior to the accident and beside only Auto Nation tech.'s is the only persons to ever open the hood on my 27000 mile vehicle???
