It seems they did a thorough assessment of my car after the accident. Although the insurance company deemed it a total loss. I didn’t get a breakdown of what was wrong, but then again I didn’t ask for it. They are professional and friendly. Thank you

They returned my truck to me with an issue where the truck vibrates and shakes when braking, then insinuated that the truck may have been doing that prior to my accident. After establishing that it wouldn’t make sense for me to blame Gabe’s for a preexisting issue since the truck is under warranty and a lease thru Paddock Chevy (a partner of Gabe’s ), they agreed to diagnose/correct the issue, which they were unfortunately unable to do, so I am left to bring it to dealership and hope they’ll resolve the issue.

The work done was great and happy to go there and the convenience of the enterprise is great too. My car had unexpected issues that are at no fault to Gabe’s but the excessive wait time between finding new problem shows that the car was not being worked on and being left for over a week at a time. What was supposed to be ****-3 day fix turned into over a month and much of that time was not due to waiting for part delivery. Still happy with overall work done.
