Overall excellent customer service. Only reason I answered no was because when I arrived to pick up my car, the front license plate holder wasn’t reattached. Once they put it on, it wasn’t the same as the factory installed one so it is now on reorder. Otherwise, I appreciate the daily updates and excellent customer service.

My jeep looks great after my mishap with Bambi. Time frame was met without any complications and went above and beyond with vacuuming a very messy car and replacing the screws that held my vanity plate of the NC flag on the front as one was rusting. Will definitely recommend Coats repair to my network of friends, family, and coworkers and hope we don't need your services again, but if we do, this will our 1St choice.

I was thrilled with the people and my car looks great. I was a little disappointed with the “detailing” inside looks really good outside not so much. But very pleased with work on car and how I was treated. Will recommend Coats. Just think the word “detail” suggests more than what was done. Thank you

Very convenient having the estimate , repair and car rental pickup/drop off all in one location. Kept updated via text on a regular basis and repair was done pretty close to estimated date. Even had a nice little play area for my kids while we waited.

Natasha at the front desk was really great each time I came in. Peimon was very nice and courteous. My car was finished before the promised time. Overall I was pleased with the experience. Would definitely recommend.
