From my first interaction with James, I was completely confident we had made the right decision to bring our car to Crystal Lake Automotive for repairs. What initially was going to be 2-3 days ended up over 2 weeks based on additional damage that was discovered after they had my car taken a part. James was clear in his communications, always positive and reassuring which I appreciate very much. The absolute icing on the cake was picking up my car at the end and finding that it had been completely cleaned and detailed inside and out. What an amazing surprise! I will definitely recommend Crystal Lake Automotive to anyone I know in need of body work!

Very skillful technicians and professional, knowledgable staff. The car was very clean when we took delivery and there were no issues. There is no evidence that the car has had the windshield, headliner and the top sheet metal removed and replaced; beautiful paint work!
