Our estimated stated 3-4 days to complete, it took 9 days. I never received a phone call stating they were waiting on the part. I called on Monday 2/15. No one answered(so I guess the body shop was closed) Tuesday I received a text stating the car would be ready on Wednesday 2/17 at 4pm. On Wednesday morning I called to confirm, they stated it would be ready between 4:30 - 5pm. At 4:40 Wednesday 2/17 I receive a text message not even a phone call from a live person! Stating that my car would be ready in Thursday at ****:38pm! My husband had already turned in the rental car and was waiting for enterprise to drop him off at the body shop. I called they were able to get my car ready by Wednesday at 6pm.. But my point I am trying to make is no communication, no courtesy call .. And I had to spend an EXTRA money for 5 more days on a rental bc you quoted me a wrong estimated time. This was unacceptable customer experience from a luxury dealership. Very disappointed.. First time I used your body shop and I'm not sure if I would this service again .. At this dealership.

Staff was very professional. From the start to the end. From the beginning Nic made me feel very comfortable with leaving my car for repair. He assured me of all my doubts. He helped me in my rental car process which I thought was great. Joey was excellent throughout the complete process. He kept me updated and explained thoroughly what was being done. I loved my whole experience and will most definitely refer a friend or family member and also do business here again. I'm very satisfied. Very professional job.
