John was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way by coming into work on his day off so my husband could take the car in the have it appraised. He was prompt, courteous, and careful.

Emil was very professional, courteous and always had a smile actually everyone I encountered spoke and had a smile. Including the guys I encountered in the shop that were not working on my car. Thank you

Service just ok after a very poor start. Final repair is ok but several areas to improve on organization. Requested to have a software recall done while there (probably a 10 min job) and probabanly forgot giving the excuse that was no time. Left the car on Tuesday morning for a 3 days job and had to go to complain up to management to have the car in the agreed time on Friday. Had to specific requesting cover my leather seat for maintenance because looking at the messy work area I saw that covering seats it is not a standard practice. Very different from the standards I wax used to. 10 miles after leaving Chevrolet had smoke coming out from engine , stopped immediately the car I realize that probably was some oil spilled on et engine from Mech shop and for sure they did not test the car prior to delivery. Nothing too serious but disappointing . Generally a poor experience.
