As far as the customer service, it was really good. Absolutely no problem there. Emil and the young lady at the counter were very courteous. When Emil wasn't available he always called back promptly. The is one thing, I called Emil on Friday to Dr if my car was readyand Emil aid it wouldn't be ready until Monday afternoon. He said they had to put it back together.when I spoke to him on Monday he said I needed to call the insurance company about $212.14. That was taken care of. So when I got there he told me, "Your car been ready since Friday but I was waiting on the email on the balance and I couldn't release the car without it. Also there was a small spot in the crease that wasn't painted. Another thing, when I would take my car for repairs they would at least wash it and fill the gas tank. My overall experience was good though. Not complaining. It went smoother than I was expecting.
