It was very convenient, one stop shop. Geico representative there, Enterprise rental car desk. The staff was very friendly and fast! Bonus was they cleaned the inside of my car as well as the outside when they were done!

I didn't expecct my car to be done so quickly. Working in claims, I usually see the worst in body shops and know that my time isn't always as important as their time. I was so happy it took a day to repair my bumper and very impressed with how smoothly everything went.

I was very displeased with the overall service of my vehicle. My vehicle had been there before so I trusted the company, but the second time around, I was very much dissatisfied with the condition of my vehicle once the repairs were completed. One thing that you all should keep in mind as a business is that a customer who is goin through their insurance, are free to go where ever they choose, so to choose this shop the overall experience should be excellent. It was the 1st time but not the second time. And it should be consistent.
