Well done one and all. From Kevin's estimate, to the gals at the desk, setting things up and calling to confirm, to the fellow that picked me up from home when the Prius was ready, to the best work in replacing the front bumper and finally, how clean my car was when I picked it up...wow, it was all good and greatly appreciated. It took a while, but I understood the circumstances and communication is the key. I got continual feedback. That system worked well. Only minor issue was the interior was dusty and a bit muddy on floor mats. I

Other than needing to phone in for status updates, I was very impressed overall with the estimate process (as important repairs were not caught by another company), professionalism from all personnel (from desk to repair to reception), and top-notch repairs. I would suggest finding an app that will automatically send feedback to customers feedback BY TEXT. These are often auto-generated when someone updates the "file" in any way such as "painting complete" or "Parts removed" or "inspection complete." It's really a step above all others, and VERY customer oriented.

Although I wish the repair had not taken so long, Kevin told me up front at the time of the collision in December, the car would not be ready until the end of March. The car is in perfect condition, everything so far seems to be working. We appreciate the courtesy and thoroughness that Capital Collision offered.

First of all, the quality of the work was outstanding. My car was new when I was rear-ended and it looks new again. The entire team deserves my praise. Kevin G. was excellent in his communication, support and dedication. I can't say enough about how he helped me through this process. Stephanie was great answering my calls and questions. Beyond an outstanding repair job, Kevin and Stephanie were supportive throughout this process.
