The actual work done on my car was great. However the process was pretty painful. I was told a rental would be reserved for me, but one wasn’t. I was sent to Enterprise anyways and waited there for an hour calling Nationwide Insirance- as that is who I was told to call because neither rEnterorise or Capital Collision could help me at this point- and Nationwide wasn’t even the insurance involved. After about 45 minutes I got a ride back to Capital Collision and was told my car was almost ready. It wasn’t. We waited another hour- hour and a half. In the meantime, my card was over charged and couldn’t get it refunded so it was voided and then charged again but because I don’t have $1600 readily available in my checking got declined. So I had to use a credit card that I did not want to use to pay for the service. The ladies were nice and seemed upset which I appreciate. However, what was originally explained to me to be a quick drop off and ten minute wait ended up being all morning long and I had to take the rest of the day off from work. Pretty frustrating. My mirror looks great, but the process was pretty painful and ended up costing me money with having to take time off from work.

The car was dirty the car was not walked around with my wife with an employee doing a walk around. This evening I was opening the door in the back and no one put the plastic back on to cover up the wiring harness. I reported all this to Usaa also thank you for sucky service

I like it that after the repair was done, the car was cleaned on the inside and washed on the outside. I appreciate the status updates I received. Also when the person in charge returned my calls in a timely manner. I wish there is a different car rental aside from Enterprise as they are so hard to deal with and doesn’t stand on what they said they’ll do.

Staff was friendly. They even washed and vacuumed y car which was nice.

The completion date of the car was delayed twice, which created challenges as I was traveling for work. Is there a way to assure that all of the parts are available before the repair is scheduled? My car was drive-able, so I could have arranged to bring it in the next week.
