Kayleigh was great. She kept me informed all along the way now my repairs were progressing and when to expect my car back. She is an asset to Capital Collosion.

My main concern about the repair was the rear left sensor working again. I came to pick up the car on Tuesday when they said it would be ready and brought it up again and they just checked it then and it wasn’t fixed. I spent half a day taking it to Toyota only to be told the bumper bracket was not repaired sufficiently to allow the new sensor installation. I had to return the car for further repair. I was told I would be called back today to be told the status of the repair. I was not. What was originally a half-week repair is now over a week. Yet I receive a survey asking me how was my experience as if I have my car back.

Kevin was outstanding! Initially, he not only told me they could do a good job, he showed me a sample of what they would do! Way to go. The end result - beautiful & far exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the prompt courteous service and the end result. Will definitely come back. Thank you all.

Perfect service...

The repairs that were requested.... were done to perfection. BUT.... the very day we got the car home... after a 20 mile drive from Capital Collision to our home...we noticed a scratch in the paint on the left rear door... that was NOT there prior to the work being done by Capital Collision. This is a vertical scratch, not a horizontal scratch. It appears something fell down, against the door, and scratched it. NO dent, just a scratch in the paint. Again, this was NOT there prior to the work being done by Capital Collision. When we picked up the car, we carefully inspected the area of the car where the work that was requested had been done....and again....the repair work was done to perfection. We felt no need to inspect other areas of the car, as the car was spotless, other than the work that we requested your shop to do. Once we parked the car in our driveway, admiring the quality work done by your shop... that is when we discovered y scratch in the paint on the left rear door. Beyond upset, and how would we convince you that your shop guys had made the scratch ? Car has not been driven since we returned home from your shop....as my wife is that upset about this scratch.
