Took 4 months to get the car back I understand they are waiting for parts but but the delivery date was was pushed back 5 different times and now it gets Getting stuck in park And we have to take it back for more repairs

We had an amazing experience with getting our truck repaired. Everyone was friendly, helpful and explained the process and plan for the repair thoroughly. Kyle Grosshans went above and beyond to make sure our repair was perfect. He also was very friendly and easy to talk to. Kyle delivered as promised, the repair outcome was outstanding. In addition, we were kept informed during the entire process of our repair. Highly recommend Capitol Collision. Kudos to their wonderful staff. Thank you!

Kevin was really great kept us informed the entire time and really went out of his way to make sure that he kept us in the loop the entire 3 months that Capital Collision had our vehicle due to supply shortages. We can't say enough good things about our experience at Capital Collision.

I think insurance was making things difficult for capital collision to keep making repair decisions. I was not made aware of what was going on. The final decision which was to total the car repair took a very extended time and I was without transportation during that LONG extended time. I would have liked to have been given the total cost of what the repair would have been . I didn’t think to ask . I Might have wanted to pay it and kept the car
