Please be sure to communicate time frames from the start. I was told a week, it took over 2 and I was unprepared for it. Once I complained about that, from that moment on communications were spot on and the work was stellar. It's back to being beautiful

Doors still not locking. Have to use key to look and unlock car.

I highly recommend Capital Collision, they kept me up to date through the whole process.

When I picked up my car, I didn’t realize that my tail light was out until the following day. I called capital collision to let them know they told me to bring it back in and they could fix it in about 5 to 10 minutes so I went on my lunch break and I ended up being 30 minutes late getting back to work even though my lunch break was an hour long. They said that they had fixed it so that evening I looked at it it still wasn’t fixed so I wasted my time and gas money going in when it never got fixed. I called them the following day and told them that it still isn’t fixed and they claimed that they were they used a recycled lightbulb that’s why it wasn’t working said that they were going to order a new one and it’s now been about a month since that happened and I am still driving around without a tail light. Technically you guys gave me not a street legal car. Besides that the quality of the repairs are great but overall I am very disappointed in how terrible the customer service is. I will not be returning. The customer service area needs to have some work done. Very disappointed in how I was treated and how the whole process went with communication.
