The experience was professional and a pleasant one. All my questions and concerns were answered and follow up questions were welcomed. The staff was courteous and friendly. Lynn, who wrote up the estimate, was tremendous. As always, I am not surprised- I bought my Chevy Tahoe from orielly's and the customer service then and now we're and are impeccable.

Lynn is great. Really went above and beyond. Normally situations like this can be stressful and a mess, but she really took care of EVERYTHING. Literally. Everyone else who was in the office was really nice and helpfull as well.

I appreciated Lynn's positive and kind way of working with me. I appreciated the work being completed in the estimated timeframe. I appreciated the extra efforts like replacing a tail light bulb, buffing the headlight and tail light covers, and buffing the side of the rear bumper. When I went to pick up my car, they asked if I had seen it and u said yes that it looked clean, the gentleman behind the counter said my total was 500.00 (which was my deductible) I paid and he handed me my receipt and keys and sent me on my way, I was not very happy that nobody walked out with me and had showed me what they had done because my estimate had doubled. So I really thought there was poor customer service and contact during my 2 weeks of not having my car I bekieve I had just 2 calls with very simple updates. Nothing was really explained to me. So yes I am a bit disappointed.
