My car is a plugin hybrid, that had about a 30 mile range for running all electric when I dropped it off, and 0 when I picked it up. I should have been notified when I picked it up that something had happened to drain the battery. Seeing it at 0 scared me, I was afraid something in the system had been damaged, since the repair included the panel that includes the charging port. It has been charging and running normally since then, but it would have been much better to have been informed about whatever caused this issue, and that it had occurred. Other than that the repair looks good, my service representative was very nice and helpful, the repair took what seemed a reasonable time to me. There were a few new marks on the car when I picked it up, but those were immediately taken care of when I pointed them out. No need to contact me further, I had already let my service representative know about the issue, the only thing you can do at this point is handle the issue better in the future for electric, plug-in hybrid and possibly hybrid customers, depending on what caused the issue, and if it also applies to standard hybrids.

Just had a some over spray on my brand new rims, only noticed when i was cleaning them up. But other than that, great service and always kept me in the loop. Will definitely recommend.

Inside dome lights not functioning. Haven’t gotten in touch with Orielly yet. Looked for a fuse in the manual, but nothing is listed for interior lighting.
