Not timely with delivery of car to Green Valley as it was ready in Tucson. On Friday, but was not available in Green Valley for customer puck up until late amin day afternoon. This caused customer to have to postpone pickup until back in town Wednesday afternoon. Customer forced to take rental car for additional 3 days. I have no idea if car has been done to my satisfaction or not as I have been out of town on business since 9:30 AM Monday.

The repair is beautiful - but the communication has been terrible! I really appreciated the text messages received during the work being done but the information was not accurate and reply texts were not read or acknowledged. I received a a text at 5!24 stating that the pick-up anticipated and scheduled for 4!00 was now moved to the following Tuesday. Communication was very lacking. Baring the poor unreliable communication, I'm quite satisfied. For further information -feel free to call. Dr Roger W

The O'Reilly Collision Center staff are amazing. Lynn and Henry went out of their way to keep us informed of the progress of our vehicle. It was greatly appreciated. Our vehicle was completed ahead of its projected completion date. This was our first time at the collision center. It was an awesome experience.
