From the first time I walked in Lynn was very nice, helpful, and attentive. She got my daughter and I right into our rental car and even gave us a coupon for the cafe inside the dealership. I got updates on my car as they put my car back to normal. When we picked up my car the gentleman at the front desk even gave my daughter a quarter to get M & M's. The little things added up greatly to me. My car is back to normal and looks great. Lynn went over every thing they had to replace and fix. Even washed it for me also. Thank you all so much! I hope I won't need another vehicle fixed anytime soon but I definitely know I will be coming back to you guys at O'Rielly if I do.
