Tonya - sealed the deal! She's awesome and a straight shooter. Jim and Michelle are terrific too. I felt like I was being treated fairly and not being ripped off like other shops. I actually felt comfortable paying $200 more than an estimate at another Collision shop up the road. There was no write up and estimate over there (BTW - only cash is taken) - only a look at a face and a comment - "You don't trust me?" That line alone was enough to make me run. Thank G-d I did - Performance did a great job and accommodated me to get it done within a specific time frame for my daughter - Thank you to all - You made my daughter truly "LOVE" her Subaru again. :)
