John Eagle advised us repairs were complete and we should come pick up the car and pay. We drove two hours in congested traffic to pick up the car. We paid in full, only to then find the repairs had not been completed. So we had to get back in the rent car and drive all the way back home.

A question still needs to be resolved. The paint recall took care of the faded aread but now i have mismatched panels. The tech said they would check into thos. I will reserve my satisfaction once this has been addressed.

The one main mechanical problem that you can hear was not fixed. Visually the vehicle looks "good" and the people are very nice.

When I received my car back, there are black spots of paint on my rear bumper, trunk door, & chrome detail of the bumper. John attempted to buffer it out, but he was not able to. Now I have to return on Tuesday and talk with Paul to address this issue. I'm just hoping to have this correct.
