I was upset that the shop wasn't more up front with the timeline. I was told 3-4 days and it took 9. On the 3rd day, I called each day for a status and was told "we are hoping for tomorrow", being told tomorrow happened 4 times (obviously only true once). My primary reason for being upset about this is because I elected for the optional insurance on the provided rental car, expecting to only pay for up to 4 days at $18.99 per day. Instead, I had to pay for 9 days. This was a much higher expense that I wasn't expecting in my budget. If I knew upfront it was going to be a 9 day cost, I would have said no to the optional rental insurance.

On my first time picking my car up the paint didn't match or blend second time car would not ready got it home the next day on the left side of the car was Paul world on my rear door in the sun look very bad do not want to bring my car back there again when you buff the car too much where were the painted you burn the paint and in the sun it looks very bad I will take care of this problem do not want him to touch my car again

I don’t like the fact that I didn’t get a call on the status on my vechicle on Friday like I was told I was. I almost didn’t get the alignment paper like I was promised. I had to ask for it. The first day on Thursday I was very satisfied with my service but Friday I was not at all.
