I know I had to return because of fluid leakage; however you did a great job on the things you had to fix. This is the second time I have had an auto in your repair shop in the past year and a half. Staff and everyone at desk are all very courteous, especially Michelle.

Thompson has always been my "go to" for anything auto collision related ... I have referred just about everyone I know. This time we seemed to be out of step ... Original schedule continued to be pushed, without so much as a call to alert. I make it a habit to always validate my calendar... Confirm meetings, etc ... So, following-up in my standard manner, I learned of the slowed progress ... It happens but, the customer should not have to promo for an update. When contacted that my car was ready, I took off work ... Returned the rental and arrived ready to pickup my vehicle ... Only ****/2 the work was completed ... I was asked to drop the car off the next morning and did so at 7:30 ... Again... No update and I was left checking on progress .... Finally at 4:45, I was picked up by the shuttle to get my car. Upon arriving at the collision center, I walked areond my car and reviewed the repairs. Note: repairs complete but, all the trim pieces had not been put back on and the car had not been washed. This was finally corrected by the gentleman in the paint booth ... Great guy. Am I satisfied ... Work looks good and I know it is covered ... Am I happy ... No.
