I was 95% satisfied. I was expecting the inside of the car to be vacuumed and cleaned - it was not. In 2013, it is a basic expectation I have.
Other than that, all is good.

It is the first time I'd even considered using them. The quote was competitive, the location convenient and so I figured why not give them a try. While I was waiting for my quote I observed a repeat customer come in for new work. That told me it was probably going to be a good experience and it was!
