Before selecting Service King, I stopped in and George looked at my car. His professionalism and explanation helped me decide to use your facility. When the appt was scheduled, the appt was set with Randy. He was very friendly and also very professional. The car looks great. My experience was positive.
I loved the updated text messages but would suggest that the one sent before completion would include an estimated time for pickup so plans could be made or at least a reference to the advisor calling when ready.

No contact when there was issues between your company and the insurance company with paperwork. Causing a long drawn out repair period. Poor communication with me in regards to completion. I found out by my employee before I heard a word from your company. I have yet to personally see the repairs yet, so I can’t comment on the work performed, but communications and timely repairs need improvement.

****. Lost my car & never called USAA to see who the mysterious Jeep Grand Cherokee belonged to.
2. Service advisor quit and you couldn't get my paperwork off his email because you "could get into his computer".
3. Repeatedly asked how I was going to pay.
4. Told me on pick up day I couldn't pay with a CC as it's against your policy to accept CC payments over $1000 (even though this is actually a violation of your agreement with the CC company).
5. The estimate date online never matched what I was told when I called.

was told repair was complete after 2 weeks , spent 15$ to uber to shop and found car was still undrivable, drivers seat still broken from accident and was never addressed
had to spend 20$ on another uber to work and was over 2 more weeks until car ready
