My car looks fabulous!!! The paint matches the original, the body is flawless on every detail make my Mercedes look just like new. I want to thank Mr. Dennis **** for the OUSTANDING customer service. He went above and beyond his Call of Duty to keep me informed of the status of the vehicle, the time of completion and the outstanding quality of the repair. He was also very prompt to return my calls and very professional, something unheard of nowadays. Our Service King rep, Steve did an outstanding job keeping us informed on the progress of our repairs. He even pointed out something we kissed and made sure it was corrected. This is our 3rd experience with Service King, Placentia. We wouldn't want to take our vehicles anywhere else.

The service representative that assisted me was**** ****. He was professional and assured me that my truck was in good hands. However, when I came to pick up my truck, I expected the paint job that service king did on the roof of my pick-up to be a finished product. It wasn't, a small portion of the roof was a finish product, making the paint smooth, but the rest of the roof felt like fine sand paper. Dennis apologized and asked me if I could bring back my truck in three weeks after the paint has cured. I don't know if Service King has a Quality assurance person who inspects the workmanship before the customer picks up his/her vehicle, if you don't, you should.
