Very disappointed this time, I have used this Service King before for he same car but it was shipped to the Pasadena body shop and results were a lot better, my service advisor brought out the car and pointed to the repair area and all looks great but the problem is when Franky the advisor went back to his office , my son opened the door to drive away the car and that’s when we saw the dirty floor mat that was in the car the seats were very dirty and we started looking at the rest of the car to see if we missed anything and the front end and the front side were filthy , we called Franky to come out and look at the car again and he took pictures to show the JP the manager he said and he offered to clean right away but we had to be somewhere and he saw how dirty the car was in general and that’s when I asked Franky if they only clean the repair area and he said no , when I called earlier in the day someone said that the car had to go through several inspection process prior to delivery but I think this time the inspector failed big time , thank you, Robert K

Sam was very nice and very helpful. Although the repair took so long because of the parts that were back order , but Sam made sure that he always update me with what’s going on and he’s always availble when i needed to talk to him. Im happy with the job that they’ve done.
