On a positive note, Jim was great at keeping me informed of my vehicle. However, when I picked the vehicle up there was a piece not assembled in my back seat that went to the driver’s door. These things happen and I understand and was fine with that. Jim apologizes and had them fix it immediately. However, after I left and went home I noticed there was a gap between my vinyl and the hard part of my door which was never there before. The place was already closed so I waited to call until the next morning. I was told to bring it in the following week to be checked out. The next morning when I got up to actually drive my car, there was a weird sound coming from the door when I pushed the unlock button. My unlock button now does not go all the way down or all the way up and makes this awful sound when I lock it or unlock it. I have never had a problem with the locks on my driver door. Also when I start my car there is a loud fan like sound that something is going to eventually blow.
