Service King Livonia

Service King staff was very professional and completed my repairs in a timely manner. My car was clean and smelled wonderful.

I had to wait 2 was for an appointment only to go in and find out the part I needed still had to be ordered. Then I was told they would call me when it came in. After a week of waiting I stopped in to see if it was there and was told it had been there since 2 days after my first appointment but that because one person was out sick they couldn't call me. Then I finally get my repair done only to get my truck back and get told that my 4x4 decals had been damaged while washing my truck and that they were being ordered. I will have to come back to have those replaced-- that is IF they even call me when they come in. Let's hope no one else gets sick. I'd say this is a perfect example of awful customer service. It's a good thing this was covered by my insurance or I'd be doing more than giving a bad review. I'm very dissatisfied overall.

I got my car repaired in 72 hours turn around and it looks great.

Service King has gone out of their way to provide almost daily updates on repairs to my car. Their work is top notch and I am very impressed with the quality of repair to my car.

In the end I think it's finally taken care of, but I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times. I was not happy with the fact that whomever did the check through the first time was not thorough at all and I'm still wondering if anything was missed.

They said the light on my dash board was not caused by the accident, but it was because that's when it went out. She told me it wasn't a fuse, but wouldn't fix the issue. What good is full coverage if you don't cover everything. Also I tried to get the parts ordered a head of time so I didn't have to rent a car so long, but they told me no, so my car sat there for a couple days waiting for parts. It cost me more money than it needed too.
