I was pleasantly surprised to get my truck back 2 whole weeks ahead of schedule! I was initially needlessly concerned about not getting it back before my 30 day rental car coverage by my insurannce ended. You guys did a Great job great time!! Great customer service too! Thanks!! Shannon J

Mrj Jordan **** was very helpful, he kept me completely informed of what was going on with my car there in service, he has excellent customer service skills, my car was clean and a joy to drive away in!! Well done, I wish he could be cloned at every car service dept!!! THANKS AGAIN!!

Everyone was great!

I’m very pleased with the customer service at Service King. I received texts every few days updating me on the progress of my car. When I needed to go in to the shop each time I didn’t have to wait and didn’t need to be there for longer than a few minutes. My car was returned to me looking better than new, very clean, and no sign that it was ever in an accident.

Appreciated the constant updates on what was going on and the status of my vehicle. My truck was also completed ahead of schedule.

I was contacted within an hour of filing my claim to set an appointment to get the repairs started. When I called to set up my appointment, the person who picked up the phone called me by name & was eager to help me. I was able to get an appointment for early the next business day and they assisted me quickly enough that I was able to make it to work on time. During the repair process they stayed in constant communication with me through text to let me know the status of my repair and finished a day earlier than expected. When I went to pick up my car the work looked great, they gave instructions on how to keep it that way & they cleaned my car inside & out. Overall it was a stellar experience. Unfortunately in the customer service industry it is rare that people give good service but Service King lived up to the name and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who might unfortunately need body repair work done on their vehicle

The service the we received from Billy was absolutely AMAZING! Billy was professional, polite, his communication was thorough. We were in awe of our car when it was completed, as Billy made sure there were special touches placed on the car that made it look incredible. The inside and outside of the car was clean. When it was time to leave Billy pulled the car up in a way that made it convenient for me to pull out of Service King easily. Again, we were beyond pleased with the customer service from Billy.
