I give you guys a full 10. It did take a little longer than expected to get my mustang finished. But its not your fault, i understand we were waiting on parts. The valance on the bottom of the bumper looks good. And the paint seemed to match pretty good. The valance on the sides of the bumper has some gaps. Im not sure if the parts that roush sent were just a little off. The previous one seemed to line up better with no gaps.

Two things really makes disappointed, first they gave me estimation day to my car and then suddenly delayed it for five days, second thing is the estimation of car repair cost, the estimate the total amount for $2600 and then ends up with 3477!!!

After picking up my vehicle I didn’t even make it 3 miles before my car through a warning at me saying to pull over turn engine off and check coolant level. I had to sit on the side of the road and wait for the tow truck and my vehicle is now back at service king. Also while looking at the coolant levels I noticed a big dent in the front of my hood that was overlooked and not fixed. Other than that the car looks great And the service was fine. I hope the issues with the coolant don’t stir up any other problems with the engine. I also hope that the hood gets fixed.
