It was great loved getting updates about my vehicle

Im not satisfied with the work i recieved here . everything was half done and i still have to return my vehicle to the shop. There are screws missing to rear bumper mount and the wheel well covers are hanging off. Will never return my car to this company. Looking to here from management soon.

We were throughly satisfied with the service and short time frame it took to repair our car. I'm impressed with the work and surprised that it was completely cleaned inside and out and smelled like a new car!!!

They fix the dent well but my front door they must have repainted at least part of it and now there is a smudge in the paint work by the door handle. I didn't notice it when I picked it up because I of course I was only looking at the dented area at the time. I kept getting text messages to that said the car would be done several days later than the Allstate guy promised, which was not correct, so the first time I got one I thought I would have to get on the phone to extend my rental car, then come to find out service king does it for you, would have been nice to have been advised of that information.

I have High Beam Control Sys. Warning light and a LED Head Light warning light. Seems like there is some material on some of the doors and trim. This was an area that wasn't worked on so I'm guessing it came from paint booth. I'll call the shop tomorrow.

Could not have been better!

First of all, Id like to say that Service King was exceptionally professional, very timely in their updates and overall service, and they did a great job with my repair. However, just one thing fell through the cracks, which was my rear bumper which was not damaged in the collision, but rather as a result of the police pushing my car with his car to get it out of the road. The service rep at Service King pointed it out to my husband, and we were under the impression that it would be part of the repairs, but when I picked up the car today, the bumper had not been repaired. When I inquired about it, the rep I spoke with had no knowledge of the conversation with my husband. But he is trying to get it resolved. I'm just a little disappointed with the inconvenience of having to take my car in a second time and leave it. The shop is not close to our house.
