Manuel was extremely patient and professional. He told and showed me everything that was going to get fixed and he kept me updated throughout the process. He replied to my questions fast and texted me the updates on each milestone for my car. I am really happy with the whole branches customer service and everyone seems really friendly and asknowledges all of the customers waiting and checking in. I am really impressed with how the whole staff gets along with each other and very helpful even when it was busy. I would definitely recommend this Service King to anyone who is looking for good service and excellent body work! Hats off to the manager Mike McCarthy! There was overspray on the windshield and moon roof of my brand new vehicle that was not there previously. I gave Service King every opportunity to remove The overspray from my New Car but the shop did a hurry up quick job and did not remove all of it and then denied it happened there at that location .The vehicle has less than 700 miles on it. Do you think I would do that to my own brand new car? I am Very disappointed with Service King. Not only is this a distracting safety hazard, but what's worst is the fact that it was not made right which indicates just how unprofessional this body shop really is.
