Fabian was very patient and helpful in explaining everything that was being done to my vehicle. He kept me informed on its progress and was always willing to answer my questions. There was some confusion over which insurance company was to accept payment due to liability, but once it was determined to be the other party, Fabian helped to clear up any deductible due at pick up.
