I’m not your average car owner. For 99% of car owners those repairs would be fine, I have requirements that go to a different level. My initial inspection has found several things that bother me. ****. Missing a fastener in the lower front wheel well liner. 2. Upper right door seal has an opening (gap), wind noise. 3. Steering wheel is not centered. The toe setting must not be just right, when driving on center the vehicle track seems overly sensitive and has slight pull to the right. 4. Misalignment between the fender and the hood.

When I called service king, I explained my sons accident in great detail. With the detail provided, the call center person should have directed me to another place that was able to fix the problem I had. Instead, my insurance was able to cover the initial tow and nothing beyond that. I was informed by the girl at the 120th and Washington site(summer) that “we don’t do these repairs here. You’ll have to go to big o tires”(across the street). No sorry we wasted45 min of your day waiting to hear we can’t courtesy your truck across the street. Just we don’t do that kind of repair here. So if customer service is to only book appointments and not pay attention to the difference between cosmetic and mechanical repairs, then I’d rather write a lengthy bad review on on a few sites. I was treated with disrespect and no remorse or thought that I had to transfer my vehicle across the street on my dime not through the I surance and there was nothing that service street was going to assist in that process. Very disgruntled and upset patron. I was thinking of using service king to fix my door on another vehicle and now am seeking another avenue. And the text messages saying it was a pleasure to service my vehicle just ads to insult.
