Customer service was top notch. Josh is excellent! But the repair took over 30 days which meant I had to pay for some days of my rental that the insurance didn’t cover. Maybe it was unavoidable, but it was frustrating. Overall, 4/5 though.

The receptionist was helpful when I called and passed on my messages promptly. One of your shop workers, made an effort to speak with in friendly manner, like my car was worth his time and so were we.

I appreciate that they kept me up to date with regular text messages. I only had a few problems, however I was very impressed with how they were fixed. The bumper they ordered did not fit. They ordered a new one that night and had it ready the very next day. Also, my headlights weren’t aimed right. I brought my car back in and they fixed it immediately. I appreciate the way Bob treated me and how he do my headlights fixed right away.
