I went to my appointment on November 30 and the representative met with me, took pictures, and said ordering the parts would take several days and to return Dec 10th to drop off my truck. He also promised to call with an estimate (to repair non-accident damage) - he never called. I called the 800 number, the representative said she would leave a message for the local office and I should get a call the next day; it never happened. I waited 2 days and called again: this representative (Maria) said there was no record of my repairs nor an estimate.
She said I should visit my local office on the 10th (the next business day). When I arrived **** told me, again, there was no order for my repairs, nor pictures, etc., and that we eseentially needed to start over. Today, when I arrived to pickup my truck, the first representative was there; when I asked what happened and he said, "oh, I took pictures and still have them!" While **** took care of me (very well) and regularly contacted me to keep me informed, I am very disappointed that I got the runaround from the first representative, wasted a visit and had to repeatedly call -- and never did get a call (as to the first episode and the 2 follow up calls to the 800 number).

I picked up my dodge ram 1500 truck from service king this evening 12.04.18 , after they called and said the repairs were completed early and I could pick it up. I returned my rental car, (paid out of pocket not via insurance) thinking my vehicle was ok to pick up.I got no less than 2 minutes down the road before it was very apparent that there is NO way anyone test drove it, because upon driving away the steering was completely screwed up and not aligned, and there was a horrible grinding noise upon hitting the brakes. There were fluids leaking out of it underneath the undercarriage, and it was barely steerable. This vehicle was not safe to drive, and I immediately called and took it back and asked them to please review it and fix the issues. (and hopefully test drive it this time). It was after 6pm, but the front desk guy said we could bring it back, and they would look at it tomorrow. Had I gotten on a major road, it could have been very dangerous to myself and others. Extremely disappointed that they viewed this repair as “complete” and safe. I am willing to let Service King make this right, by fixing these mechanical issues, but it is a bit difficult to trust them right now.

Service King had vehicle for two weeks for what I considered as relatively minor damage. The service advisor called me and stated that my vehicle will be ready for pickup on November 14 after 2p.m. I got to the service center after 2p.m on Nov 14 and was told my vehicle will not be ready until Nov 15th. After I left I called the center to speak to the manager and he/she never returned my calls.
