While I am glad to give Clayton Russell 5 stars appreciation for his efforts to make the repair/recovery of my vehicle superior, I wish to make a recommendation to Service King: Pls do not send texts daily saying, "The repair of your vehicle is almost complete. We still look fwd for you to pick up your car by 9/15." The Service King shop (where my car was located on E. Colonial Dr) was closed for the entire wk of 9/11 thru 9/16, due to loss of electrical power. My vehicle was not ready for pickup until Mon, 9/18. This resulted in unexpected charges for me. Paul G
