Beautiful job! My car looks great!!! I loved the automated updates.

No need to contact me. It's to early to tell if the repair was done right. In a yes no question of "completely" satisfied that's all or nothing. Well it wasn't all. Little things were not quite right. This automated update texting was often misinformation. I learned quickly to ignordre the status. The repairs were sent to another shop (midas). If not for the inconvenience of forced towing by police to impound and insurance paying we could have towed to a muffler shop in our home town. No reply to my email after sending signed forms. Left me in the dark unsure if forms were received. Otherwise, your service guys and customer service reps were super polite and respectful, and for that I'm 100+% satisfied. Car looks nice and cleaned up outside - completely satisfied with that. Easy pick up and offering appearance allowance to counter deductible was unexpected and appreciated and I'm 100% satisfied with that. So except for nit-picking I am satisfied just not competely- I'd say at least 90% ;)

Excellent in all ways

I love the texts! It made me feel inclusive in the repair. I also loved my rental (lol) and that you guys were so accommodating when I said I was unable to pick up a certain day. Everyone from beginning to end was so **** friendly and helpful!! I barely did any work at all, you guys took care of everything after I stated my claim number...amazing. I will definitely recommend you guys to others!!

I really appreciated the professional atmosphere! I truly loved the ongoing text message system so I knew what was going on the whole time. Great job and I would highly recomend!

Everything was wonderful. The people I talked to, receiving the texts. The only thing I’m disappointed with was that I was told my car would be washed and it wasn’t when I got it back. Other than that, completely happy.

The office staff (Kieth Gerken) was very customer focused and great to communicate with.
